Nathan Clark founded Northpoint in 2001. He is now GCI’s vice president of business development, Northwest, where he continues to serve as a leader for the Northpoint team. Nathan is both a network engineer and a consultant, specializing in unified communications, datacenter networking, security, and wireless networks. He holds Cisco’s CCIE certification, among other distinctions in the field.
Bob Adamson is the senior director of business operations at Northpoint, where he is responsible for the service delivery of professional and managed services. He has worked in the IT industry for 25+ years, finding success as a telecommunication engineer, network architect, and in leadership positions. His experience spans voice networking, data networking, video, data center, server operations, and client computing. Bob works closely with clients to ensure their unique business needs are being met through Northpoint’s managed services offerings.
Keith Stauffer is Northpoint’s director of sales operations. He specializes in design and implementation of technology solutions for the healthcare industry.
Matt Hultman assists clients with technology solutions in enterprise, government, education and healthcare markets. He specializes in strategic technology planning and partners with clients to develop solutions that improve their business operations.
Jeff Ridgeley is a principal architect at Northpoint, where he specializes in security architecture and design. With 20 years of experience in the field, he is Northpoint’s subject matter expert in security solutions. Jeff has worked with recognizable brands such as Verizon and Providence Health and Services, further demonstrating his position as a respected leader in the IT security realm.
Christian Strandmark is a principal architect at Northpoint, where he applies his more than 13 years of IT experience helping clients realize their unified communications goals. With a strong background in Cisco voice products, Christian works with clients from project conception to completion.
Ryan Drovdahl is an architect at Northpoint, where he uses his more than 25 years of IT experience to engineer and design networks that help clients realize their business goals. He provides architecture and strategic planning for network design and holds a certificate in Python programming. Ryan helps clients incorporate a business-aligned technology strategy for their networks that leads to making informed investment decisions.
Trent McConnell is a consulting engineer with a well-rounded background in the IT industry, including voice communications, security, servers, and an emphasis in routing and switching. He has a B.A. in Management Information Systems and is also a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Trent’s interests include snowboarding, hunting, traveling, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Biviana Sparks is a Certified Project Manager with over 15+ years of IT Project Management Experience. She also has a background in HR, specifically in Compensation. She graduated with a B.S. in CIS from Seattle University. Biviana enjoys trying to keep up with her two boys, reading, cooking and, when she can, traveling.
Tony Johnson is an account manager at Northpoint, where he cultivates relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met throughout every project. In his role, Tony listens to clients and helps them discover technology solutions that solve their business problems.
